Best Buddies – The Mueller/Comey Connection

Fired FBI director James Comey and Special Counsel to the Russian collusion investigation, Bob Mueller, are best buddies?  That is a clear conflict of interest!

By Roger Stone

When acting Attorney General Rod Rosenstein recommended that president Trump fire FBI Director James Comey, he set the stage for a stand-off between the two men, and also for the appointment of Special Counsel Robert Mueller to lead an investigation into Russian meddling of the 2016 U.S. presidential election.  But instead of finding any campaign collusion with foreign agents and Trump campaign officials, the FBI has only found proof of the Clintons collusion to send 20% of America’s uranium to the Russian Federation.

When former FBI director James Comey admitted during his testimony before Congress that he had intentionally leaked details of his conversations with Trump so that he could provoke an independent investigation and the appointment of a special prosecutor, he triggered an investigation into himself that has so far proven that partisan politics is behind the Russian Collusion Delusion.

President Trump has repeatedly represented his displeasure at the appointment of former FBI Director Robert Mueller, who is a known close personal friend of James Comey whom the president recently fired and who is now a witness in the investigation.  Trump shared his feelings about the appointment of Mueller to Fox News, stating, “He’s very, very good friends with Comey, which is very bothersome.”

Robert Mueller was appointed by President George W. Bush and served as the director of the FBI from 2001 to 2013, and then turned the reins over to his protege, James Comey who was appointed by President Obama in 2013 and who ran the spy organization until he was fired by president Trump in May. Both Mueller and Comey are confidants of Trumps most ardent enemy’s.  National news networks and politicians across the country have called for the recusal of Robert Mueller due to the obvious conflict of interest of him investigating the man who fired his friend.

Former Assistant FBI Director James Kallstrom believes that Bob Mueller and former FBI Director James Comey are the best of friends and have been for over two decades. Kallstrom stated in a recent interview, “the relationship presents a conflict of interest which is hampering the Russia probe.  How do you appoint a special counsel who is a longtime friend? It’s a massive conflict of interest.”

Politico journalist Garrett Graff wrote a book about former FBI Director Bob Mueller that described the close relationship between Mueller and Comey as that of a protege and mentor.  He said, “While Mueller technically reported to Comey as deputy attorney general, Comey, two decades his junior, treated Mueller as a close friend and almost mentor. The men had known each other for years as each rose into the small, elite fraternity of prosecutors at the top of the Justice Department.”  Graff reported in the Washingtonian four years ago that “there was only one person in government whom Comey could confide in and trust.”

Bob Mueller

In the 2013 Washingtonian article, Graff noted: “The two men are deeply alike, sharing a background and core principles. Both educated at Virginia universities with a strong public service tradition (Mueller at the University of Virginia; Comey at William & Mary). They both achieved early success in the Justice Department and found subsequent life at private law firms lucrative but unfulfilling. Just years apart in the 1990s, they both gave up their top-tier private law firm jobs to return to the trenches of prosecuting criminals—Mueller as a junior prosecutor in Washington, DC, and Comey in Richmond, Virginia. Both men were rising stars mentored and guided by Eric Holder in the 1990s during Holder’s time in the Justice Department under the Clinton administration.”

Comey attorney David Kelley claimed that the two men know each other from working together as former U.S. Department of Justice colleagues but are hardly considered “best friends.”  He said, “They’ve had lunch together once, dinner together twice, once with their spouses and once after.”  But Arizona Congressman Trent Franks, a member of the House Judiciary Committee, believes Mr. Mueller’s relationship with Mr. Comey should make him ineligible to be the Special Counsel.

Representative Frank said, “Those who worked under them have attested to the fact that Mueller and Jim Comey possess a close friendship, and they have delivered on-the-record statements effusing praise of one another. No one knows Mr. Mueller’s true intentions, but neither can anyone dispute that he now clearly appears to be a partisan arbiter of justice.  Accordingly, the law is also explicitly clear: he must step down based on this conflict of interest.

Fox News legal expert Gregg Jarrett reported that the U.S. Special Counsel statute mandates that Counsel cannot serve if they have a personal relationship with someone central to the case, and a Justice Department statute states that recusal is necessary when there is the “appearance” of a “personal” conflict of interest.

Civil rights attorney Alan Dershowitz said that President Donald Trump was right to raise questions about special counsel Robert Mueller’s objectivity in the Russia probe because of his longstanding friendship with fired FBI Director James Comey.  Dershowitz said “Comey was determined to get revenge on the president by getting a special counsel appointed.

FBI Code of Conduct:

According to the Federal Bureau of Investigation’s Ethics and Integrity Policy Guide, FBI agents must not act in any manner that would give the appearance of a conflict of interest.

The FBI ethics guide states: “‘Public service is a public trust,’ underlies all aspects of Government service.  The many ethics statutes and regulations discussed in this guide have one fundamental purpose: to ensure that every U.S. citizen can be confident in the integrity of the Federal Government and those in its employ.”

Former FBI Director James Comey wrote the introduction page to the ethics manual so he must be familiar with it.  In his opening letter, Comey wrote: “The rules are based on one fundamental precept: Public service is a public trust. Those of us lucky enough to serve the public in and through this great organization must adhere to that principle in everything we do.” – James Comey.

The FBI Ethics and Integrity Program Policy Guide stipulates that “FBI employees shall endeavor to avoid any actions creating the appearance of unethical activity.”

According to section 45.2 of the FBI Ethics and Integrity Program Policy Guide, Under the heading “Disqualification arising from a personal or political relationship,” subsection (b) states: “no employee shall participate in a criminal investigation or prosecution if he has a personal or political relationship with:
(1) – Any person or organization substantially involved in the conduct that is the subject of the investigation.
And subsection (b) states that an FBI or government employee must not participate in an investigation “that would create an appearance of a conflict of interest likely to affect the public perception of the integrity of the investigation or prosecution.”

Additionally, FBI Director James Comey broke Federal Bureau of Investigation rules when he provided his friend and the New York Times with documents related to the Russian investigation, in an effort to get a special counsel appointed.

In section 4.9.4, on the FBI’s policy on agents speaking and writing to the media, it states, “The work that employees perform for the FBI is frequently of national importance and is, therefore, the subject of great public attention and interest. Nevertheless, each employee has the responsibility to maintain the confidentiality of information learned by virtue of his FBI duties.  Sensitive law enforcement information must not be disclosed in any form without specific prior authorization.  Information is not releasable merely because it is attributed to an unidentified “Federal law enforcement official.” Such disclosures cause serious damage to our investigation and risk unfairly tarnishing the reputation of those involved in these investigations who enjoy the presumption of innocence and are entitled to the due process of law.”

Former special counsel for President George H.W. Bush, Bill Otis said, “Mueller is compromised by the close professional — and I would sure think personal — relationship with Comey, That is an encompassing standard…that should be interpreted broadly so that the public will have maximum confidence in the outcome of the special counsel’s work.”

Hana Callaghan, the director of the Government Ethics Program for Santa Clara University believes that the Mueller/Comey connection could hinder the investigation and cause the public to lose faith in their government.  She said, “A friendship could give rise to the appearance that Mueller was acting out of loyalty to his friend as opposed to the public’s best interest in finding out what happened.“

The purpose of having a “special counsel” is to find an impartial prosecutor from outside of the normal government chain of command because conflicts of interest already exist.  Robert Mueller and James Comey have a longstanding friendship and clear conflict of interest which precludes them from collaborating on the special counsel investigation.

The most ethical and honest approach for Robert Mueller to take is for him to recuse himself from the investigation due to his close professional and personal relationship with fired FBI Director James Comey.

If he does not recuse, then he must be removed.

Al Franken’s unconvincing ‘apologies’

Post Editorial Board

Al Franken comes out of the world of show business, where scripts are constantly rewritten — so that’s probably why he’s just issued a fourth version of his attempt to explain sexual-harassment charges against him.

But the Minnesota senator’s still not making the kind of full-throated apology called for by the accusations against him by four different women, none of which he’s denied.

Instead, he’s embracing his inner Olaf: You know, the cute little snowman from “Frozen” who tells everyone, “I like warm hugs.”

“I’m a warm person; I hug people,” is Franken’s version of what happened when a woman says he grabbed her buttocks while taking a photo with her at the 2010 Minnesota State Fair. “Some women,” he now says, have found those hugs “inappropriate,” so he obviously needs “to be much more careful and sensitive.”

But all he’ll concede is having “made some women feel badly.” Not one of his statements admits to any intentionally bad behavior.

The first version, issued after a radio host said he kissed her without consent and groped her while she was sleeping, was to brusquely dispute her account and dismiss the photo of him in the act as just misfired humor.

He hasn’t come close to the “accountability” and “accepting responsibility” that Hillary Clinton disingenuously claimed he’s exhibited in this sordid affair.

Nor is he making himself available to answer reporters’ questions.

For Franken, it’s all about people misinterpreting his actions or overreacting when he “crossed the line” a few times. After all, he says, “I respect women” — even when he’s grabbing them.

It’s a new take on his Stuart Smalley character: “I’m good enough, I’m smart enough and, doggone it, people like me.”

It isn’t working outside the media-Hollywood bubble: Only 22 percent of all Minnesota voters say he should stay in office. And his approval rating has plummeted.

After all, this is the same Al Franken who hailed the “incredibly brave” women who’d spoken out against Weinstein, and who sanctimoniously declared that such behavior “is far too common.”

Clearly, he knew what he was talking about.

Top Clinton Donor Quits Party, Won’t Fundraise For DNC

Wealthy trial attorney John Morgan officially announced that he won’t run for Governor in Florida, is becoming an independent, and will withhold his millions from the Democratic National Committee.

By Jacob Engels

After months of toying with the idea of running for Governor on the Democratic line, Lake Mary based trial attorney John Morgan announced he would not run for Governor on Twitter earlier Friday morning.

“Spent all of Thanksgiving with my whole family. While it’s amazing to be leading the polls for Governor without being a candidate I can’t muster the enthusiasm to run for the nomination,” Morgan posted on Twitter in a two-part statement.

While Morgan’s decision not to run for Governor is already front-page news, the fact that he is bolting the Democratic Party could be the story of the year.

His second tweet…

“And I can’t muster enthusiasm for any of today’s politicians. They are all the same. Both parties. I plan to register as an Independent and when I vote, vote for the lesser of two evils. And if I ever ran, run as an Independent.”

This means that Mr. Morgan, who has spent decades raising millions for the Democratic Party and their candidates, has closed his checkbook on a political party he built. Morgan was known for his lavish parties with top-billed guests like Bill and Hillary Clinton, Barack Obama, and other liberal elites like musician Jimmy Buffet.

Just under a year ago, he hosted a fundraiser for Democratic presidential candidate Hillary Clinton at his Heathrow home that cost over $2,500 for an entry-level ticket. Over the years, Morgan cemented himself as the go-to-guy among aspiring candidates and Democratic fundraisers looking to raise coin.

He made sure the 2008, 2012 Obama campaign was flush with cash, allowing the former President to win his first election and secure a second term. Though she was unsuccessful in beating Trump, Morgan also made sure the Clinton campaign was not hurting for cash.

Now, he is refusing to give money to the Democratic National Committee, and called out the corruption occurring within the organization. When asked by Politico about the DNC, Morgan referenced former DNC Chair Donna Brazile’s book, where Brazile documents massive corruption at the DNC.

“F— no,” he said when asked if he would help national organizations. “That’s like pissing money down a rat hole. Read Donna [Brazile’s] book”

A Morgan bid for Governor would have been the most exciting things to follow in 2018, and I think he would have won. Unfiltered and authentic, not one candidate on either side would have been able to stop him. Maybe in a political world pre-Trump, but not in the post-Trump victory era.

There were even rumors that he was going to partner with millennial Republican Tax Collector Joel Greenberg of Seminole County as his running mate.

Greenberg says party politics are becoming a thing of the past, and that he plans on raising $20million in the next 6-months to support upstart candidates around the state.

“I think John has a lot to offer. I’ve known his family my entire life, and they are some of the finest people I’ve ever met. Partisan politics are becoming a thing of the past. John sees it, I see it too.

There is a lot more happening behind the scene, this much I can assure you. My goal is to raise $20M over the next six months, and that’s all I am allowed to say,” Greenberg texted the Central Florida Post.

Trump advisor Roger Stone even praised Morgan’s chances.

“I really like John Morgan. He’s a straight shooter and his advocacy of medicinal marijuana is nothing less than heroic. Partisanship aside, he would have been a strong candidate and good Governor. I’m glad he has recognized the idea-barren bankruptcy of the Democratic Party. “

Morgan ranked first in nearly every poll done on the Democratic primary for Governor, thanks to his aggressive marketing for his law firm (Morgan & Morgan), that put his face in front of millions across Florida each day.

Jumping out of the running as a candidate for Governor in Florida as a Democrat, and his switching to Independent is a big problem for Democrats, both statewide and nationally.

The fact that he is taking it a step further to trash the DNC’s rigged election and overall incompetence, is a direct slight at his pal Hillary Clinton, for whom he raised a small fortune.

Since announcing his break from the Democratic Party, Morgan has been lambasting party operatives… providing vicious and memorable quotes to any news outlet that asks.

This is a threat level “midnight” scenario for the Democratic Party, both the statewide and national Democrats are already dealing with a never-ending saga of scandals.

From charges of cronyism and corruption, to sexual harassment and coverups, it looked to be the proverbial “rock-bottom.”

But it wasn’t.

November 24th of 2017 is the day the Democratic Party hit rock-bottom. They have lost one of their biggest donors and a candidate built perfectly for this political climate. It wasn’t even on good terms.

Ask yourself, how horrific and deep are the problems within the Democratic Party? Bad enough for one of it’s biggest investors to jump-ship and pull the rug out from under Democrats the day after Thanksgiving.

That’s how bad it is.

Imagine putting MILLIONS UPON MILLIONS over decades of time into a political party and it’s candidates? That’s not an investment you walk away from unless it has become fundamentally broken, beyond repair.

And given his singling out of the rigged convention process orchestrated by Team Clinton, Morgan is making himself very clear about how he feels the Clinton campaign was run.

The takeaways for the Democratic Party are obvious…

1). Hillary Clinton was an insanely flawed candidate.

2). She stole the primary and scrubbed out in the general.

3). Clinton morally and ethically bankrupt Democrats.

4). Stop blaming Trump, pick yourself up, chart a new course (w/o Clinton).

Ignoring the meaning behind Morgan’s departure will equal an almost sure defeat in 2018 and 2020 for the Democratic Party.

I’m betting they will not read the writing on the wall, which is sad. Voters deserve a real completion, one that the current Democratic Party can’t give them.

Freedom Based Social Network Does Not Censor

Minds.com is becoming a top refuge for conservatives and libertarians who are being suspended or censored on Twitter.

By Jacob Engels

Barring a legion of banned users storming Twitter HQ, the social media platform will continue its highly illegal censorship campaign, and plans to purge users after implementing new rules on December 18th.

These new rules mean that Twitter will “monitor” and “document” users on/offline activities. They have already begun de-verifying top conservatives and members of the alt-right, and recently removed longtime Trump advisor Roger Stone from the platform… forever.

Long before their most recent blitzkrieg against popular conservatives and libertarians, they have spent the past few months inching towards a full on Orwellian 1984 nightmare. Filtering anything and everything, from what appeared in your feed, hiding “disturbing” content, and filtering out replies to your account.

Of course, what Twitter deems “disturbing” content is often just content not matching the company’s far-left leanings. On top of fearing that you might be banned out of the blue, you aren’t really getting what you came there for, if they continue to cleanse content.

To be quite honest, many of us thought it would get bad, but nowhere near this bad on Twitter. As such, we have hung on with angst, but have long resolved that we will be suspended or even get a perma-ban, sooner or later.

Let’s face it, this is a top-down campaign from Twitter to make it a less effective tool for conservatives in 2018. If Roger Stone can bet a lifetime ban… us mere mortals could be booted at any moment.

But… what is the best alternative if you are preparing your exit? Out of many that I have researched and tested, Minds has been a blast.

It has seen consistent growth since its inception in 2012, powered by free open source software. Minds already has 2.2million users and will soon launch into full production from Beta mode.

Familiars like Alex Jones, Paul Joseph Watson, Roger Stone, and other freedom fighters maintain accounts, with very warm reception by users.

Are they censored or do they experience bans on Minds? Hell no. The company’s content policy supports all legal free speech rights granted to us as individuals. Founder Bill Ottoman told us that it’s been long proven that censorship only amplifies social problems.

“Now that surveillance, algorithm manipulation, secrecy, censorship and demonetization are becoming normalized, it’s even more critical to support ethical platforms. These issues affect everyone, not only independent media.”

He said that he launched Minds to provide the planet a freedom-based social network to replace the current exploitation models used by all top apps. Below is a great video tutorial that shows you everything you need to know.

So far, I have found the platform to be everything it promised. You can say and see exactly what you want, no censorship programs or algorithms. Users can reward one another with points, which you can then use to boost your posts.

You are also able to monetize the content you provide, by allowing your subscribers to pay for premium content. Anyways, that is more or less the gist of Minds.

I like what I see and hope they continue to uphold free-speech in the purest form. Everyday will put you one more day toward being banned from Twitter, or from being bored to death by the politically correct content.

Do yourself a favor and go somewhere you can speak your mind, and make some friends before the inevitable end of your relationship with Twitter.

JFK Was Assassinated By LBJ, Establishment, Deep State

*** SCT STAFF SPECIAL ***

It’s been four years since Roger Stone published his shocking expose on the JFK assassination, which laid out the case against Vice President Lyndon Johnson, and his cronies for their involvement in orchestrating the assassination of JFK and subsequent coverup.

Now, as the decades long narrative about JFK’s assassination pushed by the government and mainstream media are being debunked by the release of thousands of declassified government documents, truth seekers around the world are finally being vindicated.

Relying heavily on expert eyewitness testimony and confessions from former high-ranking officials, The Man Who Killed Kennedy: The Case Against LBJ contains a mountain of evidence against then Vice President Lyndon Banes Johnson.

Working with his allies in Texas oil, mafia elements, and pro-war deep state assets, LBJ orchestrated the assassination of JFK. As documented in Stone’s New York Times bestselling book, LBJ was an amoral psychopath and murderer who had a long history of using violence to achieve his political and personal goals.

While the recently declassified #JFKFiles have given us a clearer picture on what happened to former President John F. Kennedy, Mr. Stone’s book about the assassination bares all… free from censorship by the CIA, military industrial complex, and establishment forces who profited from murdering JFK.

A perfect Christmas present, The Man Who Killed Kennedy: The Case Against LBJ tells you the whole truth about what actually happened to John F. Kennedy that fateful day in Dealey Plaza.

Recently re-released with several new chapters, Stone’s take-down of the cold and conniving LBJ is both chilling and enlightening for those who have been seeking the truth about what actually happened.

Get your copy today by clicking here, autographed copies of both the hardcover and paperback re-release can be reserved, but only while supplies last.

The truth is out there, you only need to reach out and grab it.
